This is a deep dive into the cosmic systems that our souls have spent time within.

What is this Course all about?

We are living in a time where earth is shifting in consciousness. As such there is believed to be more 'star seeds' on this planet than ever before to help with the shift out of 'fear' and into 'love'. A lot of this is simply the process of anchoring light. Remember Gaia or Earth is a living consciousness, just like you or me.

If you've ever felt like you don't fully belong here (on this frequency) or been unable find home, then chances are your soul evolution started beyond earth. For most of us this is true. Added to that it's rare that you are just from one other galaxy or star system. Very often we have spent life times in different parts of the universe before manifesting in human form.

This course is one where you will be supported in exploring your stellar origins. The places your soul has been and that might give hints as to your soul gifts, your karma and why you are here on earth right now. This is a 4 week container where you will explore your own cosmic origins - through astrology (yes you can see in your chart where you have been), discussion, as well as experiential practices to help you connect to these cosmic lineages.

Who is this for?

For people who have never felt like they truely belong here, and have a deep longing to understand the universe around them. This can manifest for some of us as a desire to 'find home' or being told some time in your life that you are a 'star seed' (which is just a term don't get hung up on it). This container is ideal for those who feel a desire to know more about themselves, their souls evolution and wish to be supported in stepping into a new understanding of reality. There is no need to have any experience with astrology (this will all be given to you at the start of the course). If you feel a call or are intrigued by the energy of this course, then its time to dive in.

What you can expect?

This is a 4 week container where together we will explore why star seeds are currently on earth, as well as dive into the different cosmic energies that you may have spent time with over lifetimes. Each week will be approx. 60-90mins of content, including an embodied practice to help you connect to these energies safely. Added to that you will receive a report at the start of the course (based on your astrology chart) giving you indication as to where you have spent time through the universe (ie. the Pleiades, Orion etc).

The Origin Material

Each week (or at your own pace) we will dive into a new area of the cosmos. You can ask questions throughout the course (on the course platform or over email). After week 4 we will regroup for a Live Call.

Week 1: Connection, Hygiene + History

In the first week we'll look at the evolution of earth, dimensions and the role of cosmic evolution (star seeds) - as well as the spirituality that underpins this (we don't want the ego creating another identity out of this work). We'll also dive into some important etheric hygiene and meet one of your 'Soul Family' in a guided practice. Added to that we'll look at the history of starseeds on earth and the roles of civilisations like Atlantis + Lumeria and the role Star Seeds and life beyond earth played in this.

Week 2: Andromeda, Pleiades, Orion + Capella

In Week 2 we'll set course to explore cosmic origins in the realm of Aries through to Gemini. This will include looking at Andromeda, The Pleiades, Orion (Mintaka + Meissa) and Capella. A large amount of starseeds are from these parts of the galaxy. After going through the theory of these different regions (and how that can present within the soul), we will work with one of these energies to bring their guidance down onto earth. This will also include a section on channelled energy from this part of the universe.

Week 3: Canis Major, Canis Minor, Ursa Major + Arcturus

In Week 3 we'll move our focus to constellations that live between Cancer and Libra. This will include Canis Major (Sirius, Cancri, Mirza), Canis Minor (Procyon), Ursa Major (Laikish + Adhara) + Arcturus. Using your astrology map from the start of the course you'll be able to understand if you have an affinity for any of these energies. We will finish the week with a practice to connect to one of these energies and channel their messages for you (particularly if you have spent time here).

Week 4: Alpha + Beta Centauri, Antares, Lyra, Altair + Aquilla

In our final week together we'll explore the constellations that live between Scorpio and Pisces. This will include Alpha Centauri (Telusi), Beta Centauri (Hadar), Antares, Lyra (Vega), Atlair + Aquilla (Tarazed). These are high vibrational energies, and from what I understand hold wisdom we need right now. We will also delve into the lost plane Maldek. Again we will finish the week with a practice to connect to one of these energies.

Course Material: Each module has a video which is yours to keep for life and refer back to;
Course Material Workbook: This workbook is here to support you as your learn more and more. It features prompts and a place to record what you are learning.
Ongoing Support: During the course you can email, comment through the platform etc to get clarify on your chart with me.
Live Q&A: After our last week together there will be the opportunity for a 1 hour Q&A with the rest of the group to share your experiences .

What is a Star Seed?

A Star Seed is a somewhat overused word, it's basic idea is that your soul didn't originate on earth. Our souls are fragment of light, that have traveled through time and space. Spending incarnations in human and other cosmic forms. It's important to remember, we aren' the only life in the universe. A good question to reflect upon if you think this might be you is 'Do I feel at home on earth?' If the answer is no, this is a very good indication that you have involved outside of earth.

Do I need to complete the course in 4 weeks?

Not at all, it will be paced at 4 weeks but you can complete it in your own time - and have access to the videos for life.

How familiar do I need to be with astrology?

You don't need any previous astrology experience. You will be given an Astrology Chart Report at the beginning of the course which will explain to you your likely origins + where you have spent time. This will be a guide for where you can focus your attention during this course. Of course if anything doesn't make sense you can email me or message me through the platform.
